We are delighted to welcome Wood Green Business Improvement District as the newest member to our nationwide Connect network. Together we will work collaboratively to reduce crime against business across the area.
Wood Green BID (Future Wood Green) has its very own, in house Business Crime Reduction Partnership Wood Green BCRP, which works closely with local Council departments including Enforcement, Trading Standards and also with the local Police force to reduce business crime and anti-social behaviour with the objective to help make Town Centre’s safer for residents, customers and staff.
The organisation offers a solution which enables offenders or suspects to be spotted and tracked before they commit crimes against businesses – a proactive complement to the area’s neighbourhood policing and response teams.
Paul Collins, BCRP Manager said
“Wood Green BCRP which is funded by Future Wood Green Business Improvement District (BID) are pleased to join National Business Crime Solutions to further support the businesses we represent within Wood Green Town Centre in Haringey, London. As a very busy Town Centre, the BCRP works closely with many of our members and partners including the local Authority and Met Police to cut down on crime and anti-social activity and by joining NBCS, we see this as an added benefit to further support all our business members.”
Joining the NBCS Connect networks gives an added level of support and improved intelligence access for the partnership and their members. We very much look forward to the input from Wood Green in relation to information sharing.
On behalf of our Connect network welcome!
