As a non-profit organisation, their goal is to better collaborate with retailers across the UK and add valued contributions to the NBCS nationwide local network. They are true believers that community is key, to reducing business crime as well as building a safer, cleaner, and better nation. Within their community, they have the Oxbridge BID Safety Partnership, Green Spaces in Uxbridge, and Charities to help their vision thrive.
Most recently, Hillingdon Women’s Centre has joined the ranks to support women within the borough with any kind of support. It’s the only kind of service of its kind in the community and offers a holistic approach to enable women to reach their full potential. This partnership further supports Uxbridge BID’s network as well as strengthens their beliefs that community is key.
They’re transparent about their goals and business strategies for the next five years, which can be viewed on their website and it’s downloadable. Having them on board will allow our Connect network to have better and more consistent communication across BIDs in other regions, to strengthen our abilities to reduce business crime.
