The National Business Crime Solution (NBCS) is holding its second members’ day on Wednesday 21st March 2018.  The event will take place at Trent Vineyard – Unit 1 Easter Park, Lenton Lane, Nottingham, NG7 2PX

The theme of the day is Managing Current Business Crime Risks. There will be presentations which identify current, emerging and potential future threats as well as some thought-provoking updates on techniques and projects that have proved valuable in the fight against crime. This is designed to prompt discussion and thought leadership about how these can be applied to the current risks being faced and to demonstrate how this is supporting premises, people and the wider community.

There will also be a Burglary Roundtable which follows the increase in burglaries being reported by several members of the NBCS. This will address what is happening, whether there are any particular hotspots and/or commodities that are being specifically targeted and what mitigation strategies have been tried – sharing best practice on what has/not worked. As well as identifying gaps in the market.  Please come prepared by downloading the accompanying document for the roundtable discussion by clicking here.

There will also be a Burglary Zone which will offer members the opportunity to learn more about some innovative solutions being tried and tested that can be incorporated into risk mitigation strategies.

Agenda: Wednesday 21st March 2018 – 09.00 – 15.30
